Evaluation of Railway Systems: A Network Approach

Resilience and the efficiency of transportation systems are crucial for economic development geographical areas, network analysis applied to railways can provide insight into importance branch lines their impacts on entire system. This paper explores behavior ERC measure, a local robustness railway in Lombardy, Italy, analyzes deactivating stations or journeys network’s robustness.
